We are excited to welcome Brazos County Health District to the Ride2Health program! Through this partnership, clients can access free transportation to non-emergency medical appointments, helping remove transportation barriers and connect individuals with the healthcare services they need.

Ride2Health works with community partners across the Brazos Valley to improve access to healthcare by providing reliable transportation for eligible clients. We are thrilled to have Brazos County Health District join us in helping our community stay healthy and connected!
